Recently purchased a home that had been neglected for years and in need of a lot of love. We were on a tight deadline as we had to be out of our apartment within a few weeks of purchasing the home. We did not want to run the ducted heat pump without being cleaned and the h vac system was not currently operational. We struggled to find anyone able to come on short notice but after calling Breath Assured they were able to come quickly and the crew did a fantastic job and were very professional and knowledgeable with what they do.

Breath Assured recently cleaned three heat pump heads for me and I was very satisfied with this service. The initial response to my request was prompt and booking the service was extremely easy and convenient. Josh showed up promptly at the house (despite slow traffic due to snow that morning). He was very polite and a pleasure to deal with. He completed the work thoroughly and efficiently and I was able to settle the invoice quickly and conveniently as well. Overall an excellent customer experience and I would recommend them for work of this kind.
